Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms we received were not the ones we reserved, which was a letdown, but Mr Abid Mohamed's disrespectful behavior towards guests dampened our experience further. However, once inside the room, we found it to be spacious and comfortable, providing some solace amidst the initial disappointments.
The hotel provided spacious and comfortable rooms for me and my family, both of which were clean and large. However, the behavior of Mr Abid Mohamed at the buffet was disrespectful towards customers. The wideness of the two rooms given to us was appreciated.
The hotel provided me and my family with only 1 litre of water a day, and the rooms were not clean as per the reservation. The master at the buffet, Mr Abid Mohamed, was disrespectful towards customers, which was disappointing. Despite these issues, the banquet hall and restaurant service was great and very friendly on the first day.
The hotel room we were given was spacious and comfortable, although it did not correspond to the one in the reservation. Unfortunately, Mr Abid Mohamed, the master at the buffet, was disrespectful towards customers. On the bright side, the bar area was cozy and inviting for me and my family.
The hotel was conveniently located near the beach, but there were some issues with the rooms and service. The dining options were disappointing, and the facilities were not up to par. However, the friendly staff provided some positive aspects to the stay.
